This is a reminder for all residents that if you come to the Club, try to avoid bringing unnecessary valuables along with you, especially if you may find yourself removing them for a period of time. One of our residents took off his 35 year old Rolex, given to him by his wife and full of sentimental value, prior to hitting some golf balls at the range. He stuck it in a side pocket of his bag, and 15 minutes later, he came back to put it on, and it was gone.
Situations like this happen, although they are few and far between here in Spring Run. Losing a valuable possession is avoidable, though. Just leave it at home when coming to participate in a physical activity where you may need to set it down. You will have peace of mind and can relax and enjoy your activity more.
