Please note a correction that needs to be made in the recent Annual Assessment letter sent out last week. In the 5th paragraph, it reads “The reserve contribution increases 3% this year to $847…” This is a typo, as it should have read “the reserve contribution is reduced to $808 from $847 last year”. The corrected letter is posted on the website and in the next Club Connector. We apologize for any confusion.

FYI – Went back in my emails to Sept. 1 and had NO communication from Spring Run about an assessment. This and Jim Ward’s message are the first I’ve seen of it.

This correction is in regards to the Annual Assessment letter, which we mailed out to all owners on September 15th, in accordance with past practice. You should have received it by now. No official notification goes out prior to this letter, save a mention in the August Board Minutes regarding the approval of the proposed Budget.
If you do not receive this letter in the next couple days, please let me know. I hope this addresses your concerns.If not, please reply back.
