Dear Spring Run Member,

Our Interior Redecoration Project continues to get positive compliments on the colors and style, and we still have a ways to go. We are anticipating being about 95% done by the end of October. The only thing remaining will be the furniture, which is coming directly from the factory in North Carolina. Because of the flooding, the delivery date has been pushed back 2 weeks.

We will be removing the carpet in the hallway and Greens Room on Wednesday, Sept 19, and replacing it on Thursday, Sept 20. I was hoping to get it all done on Wed when we were closed, but the carpet is extremely time-consuming to remove, and he couldn’t get a crew on Tues to start earlier. Ahh…such is life. On Thursday, Sept 27^th, tables and chairs, console tables, and artwork will be delivered, and that process should be completed by Friday, Sept 28^th. That leaves only the Lobby furniture to be delivered 2 weeks later.

We want to thank everyone for being so understanding of the mess in the Clubhouse during this process. We are very excited to be able to be able to complete this interior transformation for our Members soon!
